Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. References to "ph111," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" shall mean the ph111 online gaming service accessible at ph111.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services. References to "you," "the Player," or "the User" shall mean any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph111 platform in any capacity.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ph111, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ph111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ph111 Platform. Your continued use of ph111 following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the ph111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
- You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and accessing the Platform from within Philippine jurisdiction.
- You must not be a government employee of the Philippines where such employment restricts participation in gaming activities.
- You must not be self-excluded from ph111 or any other gaming platform pursuant to a currently active self-exclusion program.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Registration and gameplay must be for your own account and with your own funds.
- You must not have been previously banned or suspended from ph111 for a violation of these Terms.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
Age Verification: ph111 enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned to the registered payment method subject to verification. ph111 complies fully with PAGCOR's minor protection framework.
Account Registration
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the ph111 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional details requested during the KYC process. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.
ph111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ph111 may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by any third party who obtained access — is your sole responsibility. ph111 is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your ph111 Account, contact support immediately via live chat or email. ph111 support operates 24/7 and can initiate an emergency account lock while an investigation is conducted.
Deposits and Funding
ph111 accepts deposits from verified Players using the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other InstaPay-enabled financial institutions. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱200.00. ph111 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond ph111's control and remain your responsibility.
All funds deposited into your ph111 Account must originate from payment instruments that are legally owned and operated by you. Depositing funds from third-party payment sources is prohibited. ph111 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that it suspects to originate from an unauthorized or third-party source.
ph111 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions on the Platform. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may be held pending investigation without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your ph111 Balance in Philippine Peso. ph111 does not hold deposits in foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to transactions processed through Philippine payment channels.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Incomplete wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds at the time of withdrawal request; the withdrawable real-money Balance will be unaffected.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent verified deposit, in compliance with ph111's AML return-to-source policy. Where the original deposit channel is unavailable, ph111 may request alternative verification documentation before processing.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash and PayMaya: Under 5 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 1–3 business hours for verified accounts during standard Philippine banking hours.
- InstaPay transfers: Under 30 minutes for verified accounts.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where ph111 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the Player's Account is under active investigation. ph111 will notify the Player via their registered mobile number of any material delay affecting a pending withdrawal request.
Completing your full KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal ensures the fastest possible processing. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 48 hours while documentation is reviewed.
Bonuses and Promotions
ph111 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all ph111 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined bonus amount before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories may contribute less than 100% toward satisfying the requirement; specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
ph111 reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Void any bonus and cancel associated winnings where the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation of a software error.
- Limit bonus eligibility to one per household, one per IP address, or one per payment method where abuse is suspected.
- Require additional verification before processing withdrawals of bonus-related winnings.
Bonus Abuse: ph111 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, and exploitation of promotion terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings permanently forfeited.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the ph111 Platform — including slot games, live casino titles, bingo, fishing games, and any additional game categories — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's information panel. In all cases, the decision of the ph111 system, as recorded in server logs, is final and binding with respect to the outcome of any wager.
ph111's random number generation (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified to meet international fairness standards. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an ambiguous or disputed wager outcome, ph111 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. ph111 is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from a verifiable technical error, regardless of what the game interface may have displayed.
Live casino game outcomes are governed by the rules of the relevant game variant in play, as administered by the live dealer and as recorded in ph111's live feed logs. In the event of a dispute concerning a live game outcome, the recorded video and data log constitutes the authoritative record.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph111 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, balances withheld, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Creating more than one Account on ph111 ("multi-accounting").
- Providing false or misleading registration information, including fraudulent identity or age documentation.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or exploit promotional systems.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ph111's systems to generate unauthorized winnings.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live casino games.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
- Depositing funds from payment instruments not legally owned and operated by you.
- Engaging in any chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for funds that were legitimately used on ph111.
- Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or modify ph111's software, systems, or data infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph111 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
Responsible Gaming
ph111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Filipino players. Online gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. ph111 does not tolerate gambling by individuals under 21 years of age and maintains strict age verification processes in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
ph111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or indefinite account closure upon Player request. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use ph111's self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from their healthcare provider or relevant counseling services. ph111 will not solicit re-engagement from self-excluded players during their exclusion period. Account Suspension and Termination
ph111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph111 reasonably believes that:
- The Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 3.
- The Account holder has engaged in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
- The Account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to ph111, its other players, or third parties.
- The Account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Upon permanent Account closure, ph111 will process any verified real-money Balance back to the Player's last verified payment method, net of any outstanding obligations under these Terms, within 14 business days. Bonus Funds and Bonus-associated winnings are not returnable upon Account closure for violation of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph111 support. ph111 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days and will return any remaining verified real-money Balance in full.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph111 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
ph111's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000.00, whichever is greater.
ph111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any particular game result or outcome can be guaranteed. The Platform is provided "as is" with respect to its technical availability, subject always to ph111's best efforts to maintain consistent uptime and service quality.
ph111 is not responsible for any damages arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside ph111's direct operational control.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ph111 Platform, you must first contact ph111 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph111 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information from the Player.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. ph111 will not review disputes concerning game outcomes where more than 30 days have elapsed, as server log data may no longer be retrievable or independently verifiable after that period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the Player and ph111, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. ph111 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all Player dispute investigations.
ph111 does not participate in the chargeback process as a dispute resolution mechanism. Filing a chargeback for funds that were legitimately used on the Platform constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to ph111's fraud investigation team.
Amendments to These Terms
ph111 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notification to their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice displayed within their Account dashboard prior to the amendment taking effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or minor structural reorganization — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the ph111 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 11.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph111 operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All Player protections, age verification requirements, and responsible gaming obligations described in these Terms are consistent with and supplementary to PAGCOR's published standards for Philippine online gaming operators.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to Philippine law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
